Missouri Supreme Court Takes on Tort Reform

On Thursday, January 15 the Missouri Supreme Court heard oral arguments in Klotz v. Shapiro. At issue is whether the $350,000 cap on "non-economic" damages instituted during the 2005 tort reform is constitutional.
